This sales website is operated for MzDigital’s MuniConnect product. It is separate from a municipality’s resident-service website.
Information in enquiries
The walkthrough form asks for your name, work email, organisation and requirements. Submission requires consent to use these details to respond. Do not include resident records, identity numbers, passwords or other sensitive information.
Use and retention
Enquiries are stored privately in WordPress for authorised website administrators and may be sent to the configured MzDigital sales email. The supplied enquiry module schedules deletion after 90 days. Scheduled jobs must run for this deletion to occur. Email copies and hosting backups follow the operator’s separate retention procedures.
Your choices
To request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information, contact Info@mzdigital.co.za. WordPress privacy export and erasure tools are supported by the enquiry module.
Hosting and other services
Hosting infrastructure may maintain operational and security logs. PayFast handles payment details when checkout is enabled. WordPress stores customer accounts, subscription identifiers, payment references, licensed website addresses and certificates; card details are not stored by this plugin. Account and payment records have separate retention from walkthrough enquiries. Contact MzDigital regarding your account data. Review this notice when adding analytics or marketing integrations.
